How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data from Effective Ads AI, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to: gal@effective-ads.ai
2. Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
3. Include in your email:
   • Your full name
   • Email address associated with your Effective Ads AI account
   • Confirmation that you want all your data deleted

What Happens Next

• We will process your data deletion request within 48 hours of receiving your email
• You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted
• This action is irreversible and will permanently remove:
  • Your account information
  • Campaign data and history
  • All associated business information
  • Connected advertising platform authorizations

Important Notes

• Deleting your data will immediately terminate your access to Effective Ads AI
• Active campaigns on third-party platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) will not be automatically deleted and must be managed separately through those platforms
• Some data may be retained as required by law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance)
